    Had to travel 2.5hrs from Goomeri Showgrounds to get Tera's Dr B's B.A.R.F. food as no pet stores in Gympie that sells it.

    The service we got from Sam at petbarn Noosa was without any doubts the best customer service we have ever had.

    There is a shortage of royal canin food and someone basically claimed the two last bags that we had reserved. Seeing this happened Sam located two extra bags on some really out of the way shops and got them to a closer branch that wasn't even where he works. All to make us happy.

    That old fashioned service is not very common these days and gives you as a customer a really warm and nice feeling. How can you go and buy anywhere else after that?

    Sam really deserves some kudos and we hope management shows him some appreciation for his work ethics.

    2nd time I have bought fish here that have either died or had ICH... Staff wanted to charge me for treatment or I could take the fish back ... But being a live parasite it would have already infected the tank. I asked if they would at least give me a discount on the treatment but he wouldn't.
