    I had a similar experience as the above customer. An unbelievably rude, arrogant and unsupportive (so called) manager at Noosa Civic. This man was abusive. He's a disgrace and should not be working with the public. Yes Optus??? No Way - with people like this at the helm.

    WOW! How the manager could not setup up my fathers S7 MMS settings, verbally abused and intimidated my father and I, asked us to leave and further stated we were band from the store for life. Dont 0ptuS. (written wrong to cover copywright laws)Train there staff? and how rude he was, in an empty store (except me) bugger you 0ptuS. Noosa C1V1C !!! I loved the civic but this guy ruiened it for Us

    Absolutely horrible service, don't ever buy a phone from here, mine was faulty out of the box went back to return it they told me "no, sorry just buy another one" rude and abusive beyond a joke!
