  Had a similar experience to Aaron. Was overcharged from quote and instead of discussing it and resolving the issue politely, the owner was accusatory saying my recollection was wrong and his right. Made a song and dance in front of other customers. Was doumfounded. Never been treated so rudely in my life. Unbelievable. His motto - "the customer is always wrong".

  I have been a NBC customer for close to 20 years. I have purchased and had maintained top end road bikes for myself and bikes for my wife and 2 kids over the years. I have enjoyed great service, friendly atmosphere and professional bike fit and advice. The Johnson Esquire I currently ride is by far the most comfortable and responsive top end bike I have owned. The Team at NBS have become a part of my social circle where I regularly drop by for a chat about life.

  I have bought my bikes from Neil since I was a kid & the shop was in Noosa sound. I am still relying on Neil & Ben & extended staff for helpful support & service & I hope I will be able to drop in for a friendly chat & maybe buy a few more bikes over the next 30 years or so!!   I have been very pleased with the new road bike I recently purchased from Noosa Bike Shop. I was incredibly impressed by the meticulous detail in which they you did the fit out for me. The time you spent on careful adjustments while you were observing my riding style when I was on the trainer ensured that my shoes are positioned at the correct position for ease and power of peddling. The adjustments you made to the saddle and handlebars have achieved the most comfortable riding position! Considering the amount of bikes there are on the market, they made a considerable effort to find the best bike for me and talk me through the differences between frames and what they did. I decided on a Cannondale Synapse and I couldn't be happier. It does everything they said. When I tested the bike I could not believe the difference it has made to my cycling. I can now easily climb hills that I found difficult on my old bike. I would highly recommend the service, advice and fit out provided by Noosa Bike Shop to any person thinking about buying a new bike.
