  The actual invoice we received was wrong - overcharged. We were able to prove that a new toilet system was overpriced by $100 or so which once contacted was rectified (still well above the original verbal quote). We chose to pay the bill in full - next mistake.

  I was overcharged for labour, they also charged me for 1 tradesman and 1 apprentice for a job that only one person could do. There was a huge mess left so had to get them back to clean it up......someone came 3 days later. My wife had to take time off work again while they were here. Not very professional and would not recommend them.

  Arrived promptly and on time. Fixed burst pipe in ceiling quickly and efficiently. Also repaired leaking tap. Overall great service, would recommend!

  We had a number of installation issues. Hot tap swapped with Cold tap. Leaking taps. Toilet with faulty buttons. We managed to get a visit from the apprentice who actually made things worse not better. After patiently waiting over several weeks for these basic items to be rectified ( including being told that visits would be made - and not happening ) we had to get a capable plumber in. We had to pay another plumber to fix the problems created by this paid plumber - yet another expense.
