    Ordered and paid for a large takeaway cappuccino. Waited patiently. Watched as another customer came in and collected pre ordered trays of food but also ordered small takeaway cappuccino. Customer placed trays of food in her car and came back for the coffee. Overheard staff say upgraded your coffee to large for free. Waited another 5 min but had appointment to get to. Approached staff who were standing around chatting and said I waited 20 min but didn't get my coffee. Staff offered to make it straight away but i had already waited 20mins and had to get to appointment. Gave refund but pretty disappointed in customer service.
