    Very bad service!!!!!!!!!! Purchessed a new 18v nailgun today went to site set it up and on the 2nd shot made a very bad noise and was gutless. At the end off my working day took it back to be replaced but was told it had to be sent to a tool mec and replaced under warrenty (meaning i would be out off a nail gun for the job i need tomorrow) explaned my story and was refused a replacement or my money back. Now i have had to purchase a new gun from diffrent tool shop so i can get my job done. I will be going in tomorrow when there is higer management that can deal with for a refund. Not happy im now out of pocket and have lost time on the job all result off bad customer serves as im entitled to a refund by law.
