  From the time of opening the store when the attention and service was extremely good the ethos of the staff has decreased quite dramatically !

  I stopped at the Bunnings man as we went into the shop and ask if my 9 year old son could take a couple of boxes for a project he is working on. He didn't even response just nodded his head and couldn't even smile. We went over and was picking a couple of boxes when a Bunnings girl came over and gave us a lecture that we couldn't take boxes it was for customers. I explain it was just a couple of boxes for my son's project. Bunnings need to teach customer service I spend thousands every year at Bunnings. I'm writing this as I have never complained about the numerous times they have stuffed up our building deliveries.But upsetting my 9 year old son I feel I have to put it in writing. The whole staff culture of Bunnings needs to be addressed.

  Such professional advice on my needs! Outstandingly proficient in measurements, requirements etc. The chap in the plumbing section working today around 2pm was the best! Sorry I don't have your name. I walked out a happy customer! Yes it's only a toilet, but if you knew my toilet saga with other retailers and plumbers you would understand.

  I was very disappointed with the assistance I received the first time I was looking for cork floor sealer. I was sent to 3 different departments. So I went to Andersons at noosa. They went on line and found that Bunnings does have it. So back I went. And yes indeed they do have it in the PAINT sector. Yet I was told that NO they don't. Seems to me staff need to familiarize themselves with products. VERY glad to get it in the end though.
