    Whilst I have attended many pilates classes, the classes at Noosa Pilates Studios is one of the best !! Professionally run, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful instructors with one of the best equipped studios I have ever come across. I will definitely become a regular !!

    My Neurologist had suggested Pilates may help with my MS, so I made an appointment and had an initional consultation at Noosa Pilates Studio . I was very pleased with the teachers knowledge ,experience and encouragement and continue to look forward to my classes each week.
