  Hands down the best gym in Noosa! No mirrors, no egos...just a lovely team of trainers and members! With new workouts written up everyday, Kate and the team at EFM work closely with you and really go the extra mile to ensure you get the most out of your workout

  This is a fabulous club to visit with really friendly members. I do not like 'gyms', however this club is different. Kate & Jay, the coaches, change the workout everyday so that you never get bored. Both coaches are very experienced & are always available to correct your technique or work around any injuries. EFM Noosaville is an enjoyable place to keep fit & stay healthy. I would highly recommend this inspirational place with inspirational people.

  Best gym in Noosa by a long way. If you are looking for a gym that is about getting fit and meeting friendly people rather than what you are wearing or how much you can bench press then this is the place for you. Expert coaches are always on hand to guide you through each workout and I love that fact that the gym is filled with so many welcoming faces when I walk in.

  Its a great place to get fit and have a good time! Excellent choice for students as it is situated at the school. The staff are so friendly and very helpful as they guide you through the workout. Overall just a great atmosphere to become the best possible you.

  Best gym in Noosa for sure. Trainers Kate and Jay are fantastic and are always there with advice, helpful tips and encouragement. It's fab, fun and friendly!
