  Excellent customer service! I went in today to get my phone screen fixed (iPhone 6s, popped out of body, not smashed) and I saved my self $200 as I was given a rip off of a quote by another IT repairs shop to repair it.

  Was advised to buy part for phone since they couldn't get it in, rocked up with phone and $70 phone part to get it repaired and told me that the "fixability score" was too low. Sure I'll leave the phone mechanics and attempt a repair with a hair-dryer and a pack of cards. Next time either don't tell me to buy the part and say you won't do it upfront when I'm telling you what phone it is or buy the part you told me to get off me.

  Great Service from Matthew who certainly understands the merits of positive sales. He helped me end a very frustrating, amateurish, time-consuming and time-wasting experience with Telstra, in a totally professional, fast and efficient, no-nonsense manner. I cannot recommend IT Shop at Noosa more highly.

  Appalling service - I ordered a mobile phone screen repair. Was told they had no parts but would be in next morning and repaired same day - they quickly took a deposit of $50. No one phoned me, so checked next day and was told part would be in following morning. Same story happened each day FOR A WEEK until I cancelled the order and insisted on a refund. I then phoned IMend Phone Repairs at Maroochydore and had the phone in and repaired 3 hours later!
