  This has been burning me for weeks. I came back to the store to take it up with him to find out from the manager that most of the staff were quitting due to his behaviour and history of assult on previous staff. That his behaviour is well know in camera house franchise.

  I purchased a USB cord with a price label of $5.95, was charged $6.95 and when I asked for the difference I was told that kids have priced the stock and the store was not responsible for the incorrect labelling (wrong)and that I was not entitled to a refund. I pointed out that consumer law actually entitled me to get the item for free but that I only wanted the dollar and still they would not give me a refund. It’s only a dollar I hear you say, but what else are they doing this on. How many other people have been ripped off by these people. worst customer service ever!!! I will be calling consumer affairs on principle.

  THE WORST. UNORGANISED TRANSACTION I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. THE OWNER IS RUDE, WOULD NOT SPEAK TO US AND MADE HIS YOUNG EMPLOYEES GO BACK AND FORTH. THEY ALSO FAILED TO SEND THROUGH INVOICE AS PROMISED AND CONTINUED TO BE VERY RUDE. WILL NEVER RETURN!

  The staff are awesome, best customer service. Came in and my cannon wouldn't talk any photos, it kept coming up with error. They pressed one button and it worked. I was so over the moon and they didn't even charge me. Love the staff here, so helpful.

  I have to share my experience with everyone. I was so discussed with the behaviour of the owner towards an elderly lady before me. Even as a customer, with even I know that he lied to make the sale, and was caught out. He refused to refund her money and shouted at her that it was her fault.

  I had THE WORST customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I will never Shop there again. If I could give them negative stars I would... It pains me to give them one star, but I can't write a review without giving at least one. NEVER SHOP HERE! There are Harvey Norman and Big W shops close by - go there instead! ... I absolutely prefer to shop local when I can - but I would rather by online / elsewhere and will never give them business again! So Poor!
