  Just got 2 takeaway coffees and the milk was off couldn't drink it...... maybe some more training required and to look at expiration dates

  Rude. Extremely rude. Over priced crappy coffee. Mango smoothie was foul. Father in law was given an expired beer. When we told them that the beer was expired they said beer doesn't expire so we pointed out the expiration date on the bottle. Was given another one..... that was expired.

  Didnt like the blueberry muffin, as it tasted and smelled strange. Think the mix was off, or maybe an off egg........When we asked about it, we were dismissed, and they thought we were trying to get a freebie, which wasnt the case. It tasted funky and smelt just the same. I didnt care about the replacement, or even my money back, we just wanted to let them know incase someone else was upset by this.......they didnt care, and just made us feel like people wanting a freebie........so wont be back, ever. It not hard to be polite and nice as things can happen in the cooking world, of which we did understand. We were only trying to help.

  Need to train staff on prices. Charged more for coffee than advertised. The staff member just shrugged her shoulders about the price and I showed the sign that said the price. Won't be going back as coffee was cold when it arrived

  Looked up hours of trade. 4pm on a Sunday. Arrived at 3 - completely closed up, no one there. Would be nice if hours of trade were open and honest.
