  Worst customer service experience of my life. I came in for a safety certificate over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for a resolution. I've had the car in 4 times and I've had to do all the chasing up on the phone to see what's happening. I almost feel sorry and embarrassed for the girl trying to work with such broken systems and processes to get it sorted out. I've never left a review of any kind online before but I'm so compelled by this disgraceful service to make sure people are aware and I've already found an alternative service provider for our other car.

  Even though the cars where not purchased from there – we just moved to the area, Cricks offered free shuttle transfer and in one case even a courtesy car.

All staff went that extra mile to please & the gift we received with our purchase was a lovely surprise . Being open on Saturdays for servicing needs is an added bonus.   I had two cars at Cricks for Service Inspection and can honestly say that we are very happy with the level of service as well as fair prices provided.

  They will rip you off at any opportunity. Very disappointing for such a large well known company. Took the car I purchased from them back 4 times with the same issue. Had to chase them all the way through for any progress whilst paying for my own hire car with no offer of courtesy car. Wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. Be warned! Stay clear!

  The service department are rude as the mechanics are hopeless claimed that a noise in the car was our things rolling around I had taken them out and asked for a senior mechanic to come for a drive as soon as I put It in reverse he said it was a CV joint, they had the car all day and tell me there was nothing wrong because GARY CROOK DOES NOT CARE . PLEASE DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE OR TAKE IT FOR A SERVICE .
